COASA is a company specialised in the elaboration and distribution of local, traditionally made foodstuffs. It groups and supervises a local network of small business with proprietary production centres, coordinating the quality control, packaging and distribution processes. The products can be classified into five areas: handmade cheese, canned fish and shellfish recipes, cured sausage and apple cider, honey and jams and fruit liqueurs and spirits, cider. The COASA staff is composed by a team of twenty.
